Yogurt and Dill Dressing
This simple dressing nicely complements the sweet, spicy flavor of salmon.

- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1⁄4 tsp. chopped fresh dill, divided
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1 1⁄2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- Combine yogurt, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon fresh dill, thyme and mustard. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve. Top with remaining dill before serving.
