Yogurt and Dill Dressing

This simple dressing nicely complements the sweet, spicy flavor of salmon.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. plus ¼ tsp. chopped fresh dill, divided
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
  • 1½ tsp. Dijon mustard

Directions

  • Combine yogurt, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon fresh dill, thyme and mustard. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve. Top with remaining dill before serving.
