Yogurt Fruit Pops

Yogurt and kids don’t always go hand in hand, but with the yogurt hidden in this healthy pop, the kids will never know it’s good for them!

  • 8 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 cups chopped fresh fruit, such as strawberries and peaches


  • In food processor or blender, purée the yogurt and fruit until smooth.
  • Pour evenly into molds or cups. Freeze until set.
