Yogurt Honey Poppy Seed Fruit Dip

- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. poppy seeds
- 1 cup blueberries
- Combine yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.
- Chill 2 hours. Top with blueberries before serving.
