Yogurt-Mayo Sandwich Spread

- ¼ cup nonfat yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- Measure the yogurt into a paper coffee filter. Wrap the filter up and around the yogurt and twist to secure. Place the filter in a strainer set to drain over a cup or bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- In a small bowl, combine the drained yogurt with the mayonnaise. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container until the expiration date on the yogurt.
