Yogurt Mint Sauce
Fresh mint in almost anything is so refreshing! This sauce can be a complement to an entrée or a great sauce or dip for fresh fruits or veggies.

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
- 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Stir until well blended. Cover tightly and chill thoroughly. Serve chilled.
