Yogurt Parfaits

Healthy, filling, and well-balanced, this breakfast is more of a suggestion than a recipe per se. Feel free to embellish according to season and personal preference.

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup low-fat granola


  • Spoon yogurt evenly into 2 small bowls or glasses. Top with blueberries, granola, and bananas.
  • Serve immediately.
