Zesty Grilled Tuna
You can use any type of oil-based salad dressing or plain olive oil for the marinade.

- 1 cup light Italian dressing
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 small tuna steaks (3 oz. each)
- Mix dressing and garlic medium bowl. Pour mixture into a large resealable plastic bag. Place tuna steaks in bag and let marinate in the mixture for about 2 hours.
- Turn on grill and let it heat up. Place each fillet on the hottest part of the grill for about 3 minutes each side. Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
