Zesty Lemon Frozen Yogurt

Makes: 1 quart

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups plain whole-milk yogurt
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon zest

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
  • Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
