Insurance & Pricing
The Little Clinic accepts many major insurance plans. Check the ‘Accepted Insurance Plans’ tab for your provider. If you don’t have insurance or wish to pay up front for The Little Clinic healthcare services, we offer affordable prompt pay pricing for each service as displayed in the ‘Service Price List’ tab.
Accepted Insurance Plans
Please check with your insurance provider to confirm that your specific healthcare plan is accepted at The Little Clinic. By checking with your insurance provider prior to your visit at The Little Clinic, you’ll be prepared for any out-of-pocket expenses (including co-pays and deductibles) which will be collected at your visit or received shortly after as a bill.
Please note that some services may not be covered by your insurance plan. Don’t see your insurance carrier? Call the service number on the back of your insurance card to confirm whether we’re within your network. We’re constantly adding new plans to our list of accepted coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Little Clinic accepts most insurance plans and networks. Please contact your insurance carrier prior to your visit to verify coverage, co-pay responsibility and that your insurance plan is participating with The Little Clinic. Confirming this information in advance will help avoid any unforeseen charges.
No problem. You have the option to pay for your visit by debit card, major credit card, cash, money order or traveler’s checks. We also accept Near Field Communication (NFC) payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay inside our clinics.
The clinic staff will collect the necessary co-payment from you as specified on your health insurance card. The clinic staff will make a copy of your photo identification and health insurance card for medical records and billing purposes. A claim will be submitted to your health insurance company on your behalf. After the insurance company makes a payment to The Little Clinic, we will send you a bill for any amount deemed your responsibility by your health insurance plan (verified in your Explanation of Benefits provided by your health insurance company).
The Little Clinic accepts debit card, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, cash, money order, personal check or traveler’s checks.
For your convenience The Little Clinic now offers payment access online. In order to pay your bill online you will need The Little Clinic account number and your bill amount listed on your copy of the bill you received. If you cannot locate your account number or bill amount please contact customer service toll-free at 888–852–2567. We currently accept all debit/credit cards for: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
